Weekly Highlight: Zero Shortfalls in Our Annual RTITB Audit
This week, 4KS welcomed our RTITB Auditor to the Birmingham training centre for our Annual RTITB Audit — and we’re proud to report another year of zero shortfalls.
RTITB audits assess every part of how we operate, from instructor competency and training records to equipment condition and health and safety compliance. Achieving zero shortfalls means every one of those areas met the required standard, with nothing flagged for improvement.
For us, it’s never just about passing an Annual RTITB Audit once a year. It’s about holding the same standards every day: in our training delivery, our instructors, our equipment, and the experience every candidate receives. Maintaining zero shortfalls year after year takes consistency and commitment from the whole team, and we’re proud to keep hitting that mark.

Looking for RTITB Accredited Training You Can Trust?
Our zero-shortfall Annual RTITB Audit result reflects the standard you can expect from every course we deliver, whether at our Birmingham or Peterborough centres, or onsite at your business.
