Who should attend these First Aid courses?
These courses are ideal for employees designated as first-aiders, individuals in high-risk environments, and those responsible for the safety of children (for the Paediatric course).
How long does each First Aid course last?
- Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW): 1 day
- First Aid at Work (FAW): 3 days
- First Aid Requalification (FAWR): 2 days
- Paediatric First Aid (PFA): 2 days classroom-based training as opposed to 1 day e-learning and 1 day classroom session.
Is certification provided?
Yes, upon successful completion, participants will receive a Level 3 First Aid certification from FAIB, valid for 3 years. However, the HSE recommends that first aiders refresh their skills annually.
Can we book courses for groups?
