Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Repeat Client Demand, VNA Training & RTITB Accredited Courses
Another productive week at 4KS Forklift Training saw accredited forklift training delivered across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres, alongside onsite courses for manufacturing and food production businesses.
Despite the Bank Holiday Monday, training activity remained strong throughout the week, with a healthy mix of novice, refresher and conversion courses.
Birmingham Training Centre
Our Birmingham centre remained busy from the start of the week, opening on Bank Holiday Monday to deliver Reach Truck back-to-back conversions before moving into a full schedule of RTITB accredited training.
Courses delivered included:
- Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice training for private candidates
- Bendi Novice training for a healthcare client
- Counterbalance Novice and Refresher courses for candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer
- Reach Truck Novice courses
- Reach Truck back-to-back conversions
- Refresher training
- Weekend Counterbalance Novice courses
One particularly positive aspect of the week was a healthcare client returning with additional candidates following successful Bendi training delivered the previous week.

Onsite Training Across the UK
Our onsite instructors continued supporting clients across a variety of industries.
Training delivered included:
- VNA Novice training for a fruit producer in Spalding
- Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck training for a Staffordshire-based manufacturer and distributor of fasteners, pressings and specialised cold-forged components
These courses demonstrate the continued demand for forklift operator training across both manufacturing and food production environments.

Peterborough Training Centre
Our Peterborough centre delivered:
- RTITB accredited Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice training for NetUK candidates
- PPT Course for a repeat customer
- Counterbalance Refresher training for a wholesale food supplier of fresh produce from Cambridge
Supporting candidates in gaining recognised qualifications and developing practical workplace skills.

Weekly Highlight
One of the standout themes from last week was the value of long-term client relationships.
Following successful training delivered previously, a healthcare client returned with additional candidates for Bendi training, reinforcing the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience and high-quality instruction.
Alongside this, demand remained strong for novice operator training, showing that businesses continue investing in future workforce development.
