Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Instructor Course, Bendi, Counterbalance & PPT Training Over Easter Week
Even with the Easter holidays, the 4KS Forklift Training team was full steam ahead with a packed schedule across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres, as well as multiple onsite client locations. From instructor development to industry-focused forklift training, here’s a look at last week’s forklift training updates.
Birmingham Training Centre
Our Birmingham team continued delivering high-quality training with a focus on both individual and corporate clients:
The ongoing RTITB 10-Day Instructor Course is progressing smoothly, with candidates developing their skills and confidence each day.
We welcomed three new candidates from a well-known vehicle manufacturing company, who completed their RTITB Counterbalance Novice courses successfully.
Multiple private individuals booked their Combined Counterbalance and Reach Truck courses, with others focusing on Counterbalance Novice courses throughout the week.
Busy Week for Onsite Training Across the UK
Onsite training continued to be a major focus last week, with sessions running nearly every day, including Saturday:
We provided Bendi Novice training for a logistics company in Derby, continuing an ongoing programme at their site.
- We delivered A5 Pallet Stacker training for a mechanical engineering client in Wednesbury
In Holbeach, we began PPT training for 12 staff members from a logistics company in groups of 3 per day.
For a chemical products manufacturing company, we conducted Reach and Counterbalance conversion courses.
We also delivered a Counterbalance Experience course for a food catering products distributor.
With this level of activity, it was one of our most productive onsite training weeks of the year so far.
Peterborough Training Centre
Our Peterborough site stayed busy during Easter week as well:
A boiler company sent candidates for their Counterbalance Experience course.
Additional private candidates joined us for their Counterbalance Novice training, with all successfully completing their accredited training.
