Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Counterbalance, Reach & Bendi Courses Continue Through the Holiday Period
Here’s your latest forklift training updates from 4KS Forklift Training, covering activity across our Birmingham and Peterborough training centres. While many businesses paused for the holiday period, private candidates continued to invest in their skills, ensuring they’re ready to hit the ground running in the new year.
Birmingham Training Centre
Our Birmingham centre remained active throughout the week, supporting private candidates completing RTITB accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck training. Courses delivered included novice training, conversions, and back-to-back Reach Truck conversions for candidates progressing efficiently through multiple qualifications.
We also delivered a Bendi conversion over the weekend, including one candidate completing a triple course with us – highlighting the growing demand for multi-skilled operators in today’s logistics and warehousing sector.
In addition, we welcomed company bookings for Counterbalance and Reach Truck refresher training, ensuring experienced operators remain compliant and confident in their roles.
Onsite Training: Getting companies ready for the new year
With many client operations paused for the holiday break, onsite training was on hold last week. Our mobile training teams will be back on the road as normal as clients resume operations.
Peterborough Training Centre
Our Peterborough centre continued delivering training for private candidates completing the Combined Counterbalance and Reach Truck course. These combined qualifications provide operators with greater flexibility and improved employability across a wide range of warehouse and logistics environments.
