Weekly Forklift Training Updates: A Second Cohort at Peterborough

Birmingham Training Centre
Birmingham ran a full and varied programme this week, including:
- Several candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer completing their RTITB Accredited B1 training at the centre
- Counterbalance Novice training
- Reach Truck Novice training
- Counterbalance Refresher training, including a session for our medical healthcare distributor client
- Reach Truck back-to-back conversion training
Onsite Training Across the UK
Our onsite instructors supported clients in five locations this week:
- Bristol: Counterbalance Novice training for two candidates, followed by Bendi conversion training, for Europe’s largest automotive parts distributor
- Nantwich: Pallet Stacker conversion training, plus Counterbalance and PPT Refresher training, for an end-to-end cheese manufacturing client
- Leicester: A5 Pallet Stacker Refresher training for our bakery client
- Birmingham: a Counterbalance back-to-back conversion for our medical healthcare distributor client
- Oldbury: Counterbalance Experienced training for a client in Oldbury
Peterborough Training Centre
Peterborough had a busy week too, including:
- A second cohort of candidates from a client based in Spalding: Reach Truck Novice training for three candidates and Counterbalance back-to-back conversion training for two, with more to follow in the coming weeks
- A Counterbalance Novice course and an Experienced course
- A Reach Truck back-to-back conversion
Weekly Highlight: Our Peterborough Forklift Training Programme Grows
This week, our Peterborough centre welcomed a second cohort of candidates from a client based in Spalding, continuing a multi-week Peterborough forklift training programme.
Candidates worked towards Reach Truck Novice qualifications and a Counterbalance back-to-back conversion, with more cohorts due to follow in the coming weeks. It’s a great example of how training can be phased over several weeks around a client’s team, and a sign of the repeat relationships we’re proud to build.
