Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Combined Courses, Nationwide Onsite Training & Night Shift Delivery
Last week was another productive week at 4KS Forklift Training, with RTITB accredited courses delivered across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres alongside onsite training for clients throughout the UK.
The week featured a strong balance of novice, refresher, experience and conversion courses across multiple truck categories.
Birmingham Training Centre
Our Birmingham centre remained active throughout the week, delivering a variety of RTITB accredited training programmes.
Courses included:
- Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice courses
- Counterbalance Novice training for candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer alongside private candidates
- Reach Truck back-to-back conversions for candidates progressing from combined training
- Counterbalance Refresher courses
- Counterbalance Experience training
This continued demand reflects employers investing in both new operators and the ongoing development of existing staff.
Onsite Training Across the UK
Our mobile instructors continued supporting businesses across a range of industries and locations.
Key onsite training included:
- A3 Pallet Stacker Novice training for the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer in Nuneaton
- Counterbalance B1 training for a large logistics company in St. Albans
- Reach Truck conversion training for a medical healthcare distributor in Birmingham
- Counterbalance training for a bakery client operating night shifts
- High Level Order Picker (HLOP) training for a logistics company in Derby

Peterborough Training Centre
Our Peterborough centre delivered:
- Counterbalance Novice training

All courses were delivered to RTITB accredited standards, supporting both private and company candidates.

From travelling to St. Albans to support a major logistics operation, to delivering night shift training for a bakery client, our instructors continue to work around client requirements to minimise disruption and maximise productivity.
