Weekly Forklift Training Updates: University College Birmingham, Hawk-Eye & Nationwide Onsite Training

Another busy week at 4KS Forklift Training saw RTITB accredited courses delivered across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres, alongside onsite training supporting clients across England and North Wales.

The week combined novice, refresher and conversion training with specialist equipment courses, while also welcoming candidates from education providers and internationally recognised organisations.

Birmingham Training Centre

Our Birmingham training centre remained busy throughout the week with a variety of RTITB accredited courses.

Training included:

• Combined Counterbalance & PPT A1 Novice courses for candidates from University College Birmingham
• Counterbalance Novice courses for candidates from Wolverhampton College and private individuals
• Reach Truck Refresher training
• Reach Truck back-to-back conversion courses
• Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice courses over the weekend

One of the highlights of the week was the enthusiasm shown by the University College Birmingham group. Alongside successfully completing their training, they also took part in some fun World Cup-themed videos, helping create a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment.

Onsite Training Across the UK

Our onsite instructors continued supporting businesses with accredited training across multiple locations.

Training delivered included:

• Counterbalance and Bendi Novice training for Europe’s largest automotive parts distributor in Rhyl
• Counterbalance Experience training in Derby
• Bendi Conversion training for a dairy company in Birmingham

This continued variety demonstrates our ability to provide flexible onsite training across different industries and equipment categories.

Peterborough Training Centre

Another successful week in Peterborough saw us deliver RTITB accredited Counterbalance Novice training for Hawk-Eye Innovations, the global leader in football officiating technologies, including VAR, Goal Line Technology and Semi-Automated Offside.

Supporting organisations from such diverse sectors reflects the versatility of our training services and the confidence businesses place in 4KS.

Weekly Highlight

Last week showed two sides of what makes 4KS unique.

At Birmingham, the University College Birmingham group brought enthusiasm, teamwork and plenty of laughs while gaining their RTITB qualifications.

At Peterborough, we had the privilege of training candidates from Hawk-Eye, whose technology supports some of the world’s biggest football competitions.
