Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Peterborough Refresher Training, Bendi Conversions & RTITB Accredited Courses

Another busy week at 4KS Forklift Training saw RTITB accredited courses delivered across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres, alongside onsite Bendi conversion training for returning clients.

The week included a healthy mix of novice, experience, refresher and conversion courses, reflecting the varied training needs of both employers and private candidates.

Birmingham Training Centre

Our Birmingham centre remained active throughout the week with a broad range of RTITB accredited courses.

Training included:

• Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice courses for candidates from a nutrition company and private individuals
• Bendi Novice training for a plumbing client and private candidates
• Counterbalance Novice and Refresher courses
• Reach Truck Experience training
• Reach Truck back-to-back conversions
• Counterbalance Refresher training for candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer
• Weekend Bendi Conversion training

The variety of courses delivered demonstrates the ongoing demand for both new operator training and continued professional development.

Onsite Training Across the UK

Our onsite instructors continued supporting established clients with specialist equipment training.

Training delivered included:

• Bendi Conversion training for Europe’s largest automotive parts distributor in Rhyl
• Bendi Conversion training for a dairy company in Birmingham

It’s always encouraging to see clients return for additional truck categories as their operational requirements evolve.

Peterborough Training Centre

This week, the spotlight belongs to our Peterborough team.

The centre successfully delivered:

• Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice courses
• Counterbalance Refresher training for an electrical company
• Counterbalance Refresher training for a packaging company
• Counterbalance Refresher training for a private individual

This combination of novice and refresher courses reflects the important role Peterborough plays in supporting both first-time operators and experienced drivers looking to maintain their RTITB qualifications.

Weekly Highlight: Peterborough Supporting New & Experienced Operators

One of the standout themes this week was the balance of training delivered at our Peterborough centre.

While new operators began their careers through Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck courses, experienced operators from several businesses returned for refresher training to maintain their knowledge, confidence and workplace compliance.

It’s this combination of developing new talent while supporting existing workforces that continues to make our Peterborough centre an important part of our training delivery.
