Forklift Training Weekly Roundup

Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Counterbalance Courses, HLOP Training & First Aid Delivery

Last week’s forklift training updates at 4KS Forklift Training showcased a diverse range of RTITB accredited courses, alongside an important milestone – the delivery of an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course for a valued client.

As businesses continue to prioritise both operator competence and overall workplace safety, our training delivery continues to evolve to meet these needs.

Birmingham Training Centre

Our Birmingham centre remained busy with a wide range of forklift training courses delivered throughout the week.

These included:

  • Counterbalance (B1) Novice courses, including candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer
  • Counterbalance Novice and Experience courses
  • Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck Novice
  • Counterbalance and Reach Refresher training
  • Reach Truck back-to-back conversions
  • Bendi conversion courses over the weekend

This mix highlights the continued demand for both new operator training and upskilling experienced drivers.

Onsite Training Across the UK

Our onsite training provision covered multiple industries and locations, including:

  • HLOP (High Level Order Picker) training in Leyland for a leading online bathroom retailer
Counterbalance training for a cheese producer in Nantwich

A very busy onsite week indeed!

The addition of First Aid training reflects our commitment to supporting clients beyond forklift operation, helping them maintain safer, more compliant workplaces.

Weekly Highlight: Expanding into First Aid Training
