Weekly Forklift Training Highlights: Counterbalance Focus, Evening Onsite Delivery & Bendi Conversions

Another strong week of RTITB accredited forklift training across our Birmingham and Peterborough centres – alongside multiple onsite courses delivered nationwide. Here’s our forklift training highlights for last week.

From Counterbalance Novice standouts to flexible evening training for our bakery client, it’s been another busy and productive week for the 4KS team.

Birmingham Training Centre – Counterbalance Takes the Lead

While we delivered a variety of courses this week, the Counterbalance Novice programme was the standout.

We welcomed candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer completing their RTITB Accredited B1 Counterbalance Novice course, continuing a valued partnership built on quality, compliance and consistent standards.

Alongside this, Birmingham also saw:

• Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck courses
• Reach Truck conversions
• Bendi (Pivot Steer) conversions
• Multiple refresher courses including Counterbalance, Bendi and MEWP

It was a varied week covering novice, conversion and refresher training – demonstrating the wide range of equipment we support under RTITB accreditation.

Onsite Training – Flexibility Across Shift Patterns

Our onsite team continued delivering nationwide training tailored to client operational needs.

Leicester – Evening Training for Our Bakery Client

We delivered our second Counterbalance Novice course for our bakery client in Leicester – this time as an evening course to accommodate shift patterns.

This highlights one of our key strengths at 4KS: flexibility.
We adapt to operational requirements to minimise downtime and maximise workforce productivity.

Leicester RDC – Automotive Parts Distribution

We also delivered:

• Bendi training
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) courses

For Europe’s largest automotive parts distributor at their Leicester RDC.

Birmingham – Healthcare Products Distributor

The week concluded onsite with a PPT Novice course for our healthcare products distribution client in Birmingham.

Peterborough Training Centre – Strong Finish to the Week

Peterborough had a particularly busy schedule, delivering:

• Combined Counterbalance & Reach Truck courses
• Counterbalance Novice training
• Counterbalance refresher courses
• PPT conversions

A great mix of novice, refresher and conversion candidates – finishing the week on a high.
