This is why we’ve built a team of multi-lingual and highly experienced instructors who are not only adept at communicating in different languages but also skilled in ensuring that language barriers never become an obstacle to success.
Belmondo Serban, a candidate from Romania, recently joined us at our Birmingham training centre to complete his Counterbalance course. Nervous at first, Belmondo was soon put at ease by the patience, professionalism, and encouragement of our instructors.

Qasim Mir speaking Urdu expressed his gratitude for the instructors’ ability to bridge the language gap, making complex concepts simple to understand. In this instance we have instructors who speak Urdu and Panjabi so it was easy to communicate with Qasim.
Dawit Fasil Tadese, fluent in Amharic, from Eritrea felt empowered and supported throughout their training journey. We managed to explain instructions in simple terms to get the message across.
