Weekly Forklift Training Updates: Counterbalance, Reach, PPT & Onsite Courses

Here’s your latest forklift training updates from 4KS Forklift Training! With our centres in Birmingham and Peterborough running at full capacity and our instructors delivering onsite training across the UK. And the most exciting update of winning the Archies award for Customer Service Excellence across the UK on 10th September!

Birmingham Training Centre

Last week, our combined Counterbalance and Reach Truck courses were in high demand once again. Alongside this, we had a steady flow of Counterbalance and Reach Refresher courses running throughout the week.

We also welcomed another group of candidates from our long-term Vehicle Manufacturer client, who successfully completed their RTITB-accredited Counterbalance B1 Novice course.

The weekend brought extra momentum with PPT Experience and Novice courses delivered for the UK’s leading co-manufacturer of global chocolate confectionery brands. They were so impressed with the standard of training and customer service that they’ve already committed to sending six more candidates for upcoming courses – a fantastic reflection of the Customer Service Excellence Award we proudly won at the UKMHA Archies last week!

Onsite Training Highlights

Our instructors were on the road delivering a wide range of onsite training, including:

• Pivot Steer Novice & Counterbalance Conversion courses for an Automotive Parts Distributor in Maidstone.
• A Bendi Experience course for a global freight and transit rail solutions provider.
• A Counterbalance Novice course for a logistics and packaging client
• and Reach refresher courses for a food manufacturing client in Bedford.

Peterborough Training Centre Highlights

Our Peterborough training centre was buzzing with Counterbalance Novice courses, welcoming candidates from companies including Shaw Trust.

From accredited centre-based training to nationwide onsite delivery, last week showcased the variety, flexibility, and quality that 4KS Forklift Training continues to provide.
