Here’s your latest forklift training updates from 4KS Forklift Training!
Last week was packed with hands-on learning, onsite sessions, and proud moments of recognition at the RTITB Summit & Training Awards 2025. Our Birmingham and Peterborough centres were buzzing with activity, from Counterbalance and Reach truck courses to Experience sessions while our instructors continued to deliver training excellence across the UK including VNA training.
At our Birmingham centre, the Counterbalance Novice course was the highlight of the week.
We welcomed candidates from the UK’s largest vehicle manufacturer alongside private learners all successfully completing their RTITB Accredited B1 Novice training.
We also ran several Reach Truck back-to-back courses, completing combined programmes from the previous week and helping candidates gain dual truck certifications – a strong advantage in today’s logistics job market.
Adding to the celebrations, 4KS Forklift Training received fantastic recognition at the RTITB Summit & Training Awards 2025, achieving:
🥉 3rd Place – Outstanding Commercial Training Provider
🥈 2nd Place – Outstanding Commercial Training Instructor (Aqib Khalil)
These awards are a testament to our team’s commitment to high-quality, accredited forklift training and continuous improvement.
Our onsite instructors were busy supporting clients with diverse training needs.
We delivered a VNA Course for our healthcare distribution client in Birmingham, ensuring their team is fully equipped to operate safely in narrow aisle environments.
We also provided a Counterbalance Experience course for a handcrafted furniture company based in Cambridge helping operators refresh and refine their handling skills in real working conditions.
Our flexible onsite training continues to make it easier for businesses to maintain compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across different locations.
At our Peterborough centre, we continued strong with Combined Counterbalance and Reach Truck courses, supporting both new and returning learners.
The week concluded with a Refresher course over the weekend, helping experienced operators stay current with best practices and RTITB standards.
With steady demand from company and private candidates alike, Peterborough remains a key hub for high-quality forklift training in the East of England.
It’s been a week full of progress, professionalism, and pride.
From training candidates across the UK to celebrating industry recognition at the RTITB Awards – 4KS Forklift Training continues to raise the bar for forklift and instructor training nationwide.
