How We Use The Data: Stored in a locked office at 4KS Forklifts Training Ltd as proof if
required of accredited training records, we use the email addresses, contact numbers to send offers on products and services relevant to each learner.

In The Event Data Is Lost
Where data loss has been encountered Sheikh Miah shall contact customers within 24 hours after the incident to advise them that data has been lost, and the manner in which it was lost. 4KS Forklift Training Ltd shall also ensure that following data loss it conducts a review of the systems that led to the loss.
